Pre-sorted medication pouches delivered to your door
Save time, stay on track, feel confident.
Take the stress out of prescriptions with pocket-size medication pouches that are already sorted by dose and time. No more bottles, boxes or guesswork - just simple, organised medication management.
What are medication pouches?
Medication pouches are small, sealed packets (or “pouches”) that hold the exact tablets or capsules you need to take at a certain time of day.
Instead of juggling lots of boxes or sorting your pills into a weekly organiser, everything arrives already prepared for you.
Each individual pouch is:
Pre-sorted with your medication listed inside
Clearly labelled with the date and time to take it
Checked by our pharmacy team for accuracy.
Simply tear open the pouch at the right time and take what’s inside. It’s an easy, organised way to stay on track with your medication, giving extra peace of mind, whether it’s for you or someone you care for.
Why it’s worth switching to pouching

What you get back: Your Sunday nights. No more manual sorting into plastic trays or dosette boxes at home! You can focus on the things that matter most.
Delivered to your door and ready to go
Your medication arrives at your door in one tracked box. Each pouch is clearly labelled with the date and time, ready for you to tear, take, and get on with your day.
Why it matters: It gives you peace of mind and more freedom. Whether you’re at home or out and about, your pocket-sized pouches are ready when you are.
At the start, a few medicines might still come in their original boxes while we get all your pouches set up.
Before you start
We recommend pouching - the perfect way to save time, gain independence, and stay on track with clearly labelled pre-sorted pouches that ensure you never miss a dose and enjoy complete peace of mind with pharmacist-checked accuracy and convenient home delivery.
Some medicines cannot go into pouches. These include controlled medicines, inhalers, creams or ointments, and medicines that you don’t take every day. If you choose pouches and take any of these, we will still send them to you, just separately in the same delivery.
You can read our full guide on non-poachable medications here.
However, pouches don’t work for everyone and we recommend you do not choose pouches if any of these apply to you:
- You get prescriptions every 7 days - We are unable to send medications to you on a weekly basis. This is because it can take more than seven days to receive a prescription, then prepare and deliver PillTime pouches. If you receive regular weekly prescriptions, you can ask your GP to change your prescriptions to be monthly. If this is not possible a community pharmacy may be more suitable for your needs.
- Your GP surgery only gives paper prescriptions
- Your dose changes often or items that are not taken every day (e.g if you only take something once a week or 6 days out of 7)

-
"This is such a brilliant service from the NHS. I have memory problems so having this all done for me in separate individual times of the day is wonderful. I had to go into hospital and took mine with me and the nurses loved it and didn't know about it. When I go out all I have to do is take the little pouches with me. Easy to store in my handbag. No bulky boxes."
— Jackie, Customer
