Chloe joined the team over a year ago and quickly become one of our most valued members. Chloe has a keen eye for detail and helped develop different processes in the customer service department to improve a patient’s experience. Chloe is a great team player and will do her utmost to help anyone out. As a customer service advisor, Chloe speaks to patients on live chat, emails, social media and over the phones. In particular, Chloe enjoys speaking to patients over the phone as she gets the opportunity to get to know the caller a little bit better. Talking to new people and helping resolve queries are two of things Chloe enjoys most about her job role. Over the weekends, Chloe is a crazy dog lover and enjoys spending time at her local animal shelter to see the dogs and give them treats.
